WHAT TO EXPECT
Our programme follows a set format that has been developed using the national curriculum framework. It is therefore suitable for all levels of skill from 5 to 16 years old.
Each session is 45 minutes long and includes a warm up, boxing techniques, games, cardio based exercises and team work.
We finish each session, with a dedicated five minutes of stretching and mindfulness to help the children leave feeling cool, calm and collected.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS
The benefits of boxing based training are endless, but here are some of our faves.
Your child will:
- Have fun whilst getting fit
- Increase strength, flexibility and balance
- Develop mental and physical skills, including focus and coordination
- Be able to better regulate emotions, as well as decrease stress, anxiety and depression
- Build confidence, develop their levels of persistence, resilience and self belief
- Begin a lifelong relationship with sport / physical activity; imprinting good habits
