A 45 minute boxing only class. Think technique, think padwork, think partner work, think drills - oh and a beat banging playlist obvs! Never held pads before, don't worry we will show you the ropes. All levels welcome.

PUMP

A 45-minute weighted strength session designed to build strength and sculpt your body from head to toe.
Expect weights, supersets, reps, bands and a banging playlist to keep you moving. We finish with a deep stretch to improve flexibility, mobility, and reset your mind.

CIRCUITS

A 45-minute full-body workout designed to get you moving, sweating, and feeling strong. You'll rotate through stations using dumbbells, battle ropes, TRX, slam balls and more -pairing strength and cardio with simple, high-rep moves. The vibe is fun, the energy is high, and the focus is on working at your own pace. Lights low, music up - let’s get moving and feel good doing it. -
SCULPT

A 45-minute Mat Pilates class designed to build core strength, improve flexibility, and support better movement patterns.
Controlled, low-impact, and effective. Suitable for all levels with options provided. -
STRETCH

A 45-minute reset designed to slow things down, release tension, and leave you feeling refreshed.
The perfect complement to Boxx, Pump, and Circuits — expect deep, feel-good stretches, calming breathwork, and time to reconnect with your body and mind. No yoga poses, no pressure — just chilled vibes (and a powerful playlist, obvs).
Reformer Pilates Classes
With over 50 classes per week. Choose from different level and focus (ie. dynamic, strength, cardio). We also have a number of Women only classes across the week.

REFORM | Fundamentals
book nowPerfect if you’re new to reformer, post injury, 3rd trimester or just want a technique refresh.
This 45 minute reformer class is for beginners, recovering from injury, post-natal women or those who just prefer a slower pace. Your instructor will show you the basics whilst still ensuring you feel that pilates burn. We recommend if you have never done reformer before, that you attend at least one of these classes first before booking a mixed ability class.

REFORM | Progression
book nowA balanced class building strength, control + confidence. For all levels.
A 45-minute reformer class that combines Pilates principles with the intensity of a full-body conditioning class. Pair that with some banging beats and Boxx vibes and there you have it. All levels are welcome but we recommend if you have never done reformer before, that you attend at least one of our beginners classes first.

REFORM | Advanced

This is where you push your practice - refining technique, building confidence, and getting more out of every movement.
Best for those who are already confident on the reformer. We recommend completing at least 10 x REFORM | Progression classes before stepping into this one.

REFORM | Jump

A 45-minute high-energy Reformer class that brings a cardio edge to Pilates using the jumpboard. Expect dynamic jumping sequences, core stability, lower body strength and coordination - all designed to challenge your endurance and bring a serious burn 🔥
Please note: this class is not suitable during pregnancy, early postnatal recovery, or for anyone with knee, hip or spine injuries/conditions.

REFORM | Strong

A 45-minute, full-body workout using the Reformer, dumbbells and resistance to build real strength, power and control - with a big focus on core strength throughout. Every movement is designed to challenge your stability, fire up your abs and support stronger lifts. Expect slower work, heavier springs, proper muscle fatigue, and zero fluff.
If you want to feel stronger and more defined - this is your class.

REFORM | Women Only

Our BoxxBaby classes are created for mums with babies up to 12 months. You can expect to rebuild, move, and feel energised in a supportive, welcoming space.
