We offer over 85 classes every week, running 7 days a week. Most of our sessions are designed for all fitness levels. So whether you're just starting out or a seasoned regular, we've got you!
Fitness Classes

Boxx
Our signature class! A 45 minute sweat dripping class split between boxing and strength training paired with a high energy instructor to motivate you all the way through to the knockout round. Turn the lights down low. Turn the energy up. Get ready and hustle hard.

BoxxPADS
A 45 minute boxing only class. Think technique, think padwork, think partner work, think drills - oh and a beat banging playlist obvs! Never held pads before, don't worry we will show you the ropes. All levels welcome.

Pump
A 45 minute weighted strength session focusing on strengthening and toning your body from head to toe. Think weights, supersets, reps, bands plus banging beats. You will finish off the class with a real good stretch to increase flexibility, mobility and to calm your mind.

Circuits
A 45-minute full-body workout designed to get you moving, sweating, and feeling strong. You'll rotate through stations using dumbbells, battle ropes, TRX, slam balls and more -pairing strength and cardio with simple, high-rep moves. The vibe is fun, the energy is high, and the focus is on working at your own pace. Lights low, music up - let’s get moving and feel good doing it.

Form
A 45 minute mat pilates class that uses controlled movements that will fire up your core and engage muscles you never knew you had. This class is low impact yet physically challenging and will strengthen and tone your entire body, whilst improving flexibility. All levels welcome, modifications offered if needed.

Stretch
A 45-minute reset, designed to slow things down, ease tension, and leave you feeling refreshed. It’s the perfect complement to high-intensity classes like Boxx, Pump and Circuits. Expect deep, feel-good stretches, calming breath work, and time to reconnect with your body and mind. No yoga poses, no pressure - just chilled vibes...oh and a powerful playlist of course!
Reformer Classes

Mixed Ability
A 45-minute reformer class that combines Pilates principles with the intensity of a full-body conditioning class. Pair that with some banging beats and Boxx vibes and there you have it. All levels are welcome but we recommend if you have never done reformer before, that you attend at least one of our beginners classes first.

Beginner
This 45 minute reformer class is for beginners, recovering from injury, post-natal women or those who just prefer a slower pace. Your instructor will show you the basics whilst still ensuring you feel that pilates burn. We recommend if you have never done reformer before, that you attend at least one of these classes first before booking a mixed ability class.

Intermediate
A 45-minute Intermediate reformer class that combines Pilates principles with the intensity of a full-body conditioning class. Pair that with some banging beats and Boxx vibes and there you have it. We recommend that you attend at least 10 mixed ability classes before booking this class.

Advanced
A 45-minute Advanced reformer class that combines Pilates principles with the intensity of a full-body conditioning class. Pair that with some banging beats and Boxx vibes and there you have it.

Stretch
A 45 minute full body approach to assisted stretching using the reformer designed to give you a more effective stretch. This class helps to relieve everyday aches and pains as well as improving flexibility, mobility and posture. Suitable for all levels including injury rehabilitation and beginners, but not suitable for pre-natal clients.
