FAQs
When can I start the classes?
You can join from 6 weeks postpartum or 12 weeks after a C-section, as long as you have GP sign-off confirming you're ready for exercise.
Can I bring my baby?
Absolutely! These classes are designed for mums with babies up to 1 year old, or younger babies who are happy to stay seated near you during the session.
What should I bring with me?
Please bring something your baby can sit in ie. mat, pram, or car seat so your baby can stay close and comfortable while you move.
What if my baby cries during the class?
No problem at all — we totally get it! Our trainer is always on hand to help engage or soothe your baby if needed, and there’s a separate space available if you want to step out and walk around to calm them.
There’s zero pressure — we’re all mums, and everyone’s in the same boat. You're welcome to dip in and out of the workout as needed. 💛
Is the studio buggy friendly?
Yes – we have buggy-friendly access through the entrance at Marlborough Business Centre on Marlborough Road.
Is parking available nearby?
Yes! There’s 1 hour free parking available on George Lane and nearby roads. Just use the RingGo app to register your stay.
How do I get there by public transport?
We're located right next to South Woodford Tube Station – super convenient if you're coming by Central Line.
