    I am a complete beginner, does that matter?

    Not at all!

    You will get access to over 400+ Boxx workouts that includes step by step technique videos as well as classes which are tailored to all levels.

    We will provide you with everything you need to enjoy the Boxx experience.
    What do I need to get started?

    All you need is a 2 x 2m space and your phone.

    Once purchased, we will send you an email with access to the workouts.

    Once your bag arrives - just follow the simple step by step instructions guide to assemble the bag. Then you are ready to go 🥊
    How do I assemble the bag?

    Assembly is super quick and easy takes approximately 15 minutes.

    Follow our simple step by step instructions. All bolts and tools included.

    No more spending hours filtering sand through a tiny whole like other bags on the market. Just simply place entire sandbags directly into the base!

    Note: we recommend filling the base with 4 x 20kg bags of sand which can be purchased from any reputable builders merchant (or amazon) and cost on average £5 each.
    Where can I purchase additional equipment?

    We sell gloves, wraps, mats and more. Just head to our online store HERE and start browsing.
    Are there any hidden subscription fees?

    No! Absolutely none! Unlike other fitness providers on the market our boxing bag does not require and subscriptions.

    Our workouts are included with your bag so you can have FREE access for life!

    What type of classes will I get access to?

    There are a mixture of classes ranging from 5 to 30 minutes long separated into various styles and instructors. There is a range of off-bag workouts available too, which you can do anywhere, including strength and mobility plus our super popular pilates classes.
    What is your returns policy?

    If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned undamaged. All returns are subject to inspection upon return.
