  • Great for busy mums!!!!

    I have two little ones and workouts come so far down my list that this app has been my fave recent discovery! Literally no excuses and I used to love my boxing classes when I lived in London and since moving to the countryside I’ve missed them! So this feels like my boxing dose too - and even if I do 5/10 min session it feels good to do something for me that’s actually good fun

Do I need equipment?

Nope - many of our classes are bodyweight-only.

But a mat is helpful, but not essential. And a pair of dumbbells is great for our strength classes for added resistance.
